Nolo LWD1 Review: LeaseWriter. I used LeaseWriter to prepare documents for a rental house. I obtained a lease from a local property management company and I found the lease within this program to be much more thorough than the lease used by the agency. I also received a draft lease from an attorney and the LeaseWriter lease contained all of the same major sections. The lease is easy to fill out and edit.
