Klein 63050 Review: Klein Tools 63050 9-1/2-Inch High Leverage Cable Cutter. This is a great tool for cutting heavy gauge cable! I recently employed these on a job where I ran 6/3 romex to feed a 50 amp sub panel on a 2nd floor and needed a way to trim the cable to length and this tool was able to accomplish the task with ease.
