Klein D228-8 Review: Klein Tools D228-8 8-Inch High Leverage Diagonal Cutting Plier. Klein makes some very good tools and this one is no exception. But the pivot is very tight and they tend to leave some sharp flashing from the die striking process. I recently bought these side cutters and was given two Klein electrical pliers as gifts.
