Atari 99204 Review: Risk II. Risk 2 is not an upgrade. It is a companion to the original game offering additional variations on the game. The interface is improved and the 'bookkeeping' phase moves quickly even with all of the options turned on. There are two additions to the classic version - the first is 'same time' Risk.
